City : Hamilton State : Ontario (CA-ON) Country : Canada (CA) Requisition Number: 46803 Role PurposeThe Capacity Planner is responsible for executing the commercial crush plan by aligning inbound delivery schedule with inventory, logistics, and facility scheduling to maximize efficiencies, productivity, and profit at the Crush facility.Main AccountabilitiesCreate and manage inbound grain schedule to ensure seamless execution of the commercial crush plan and oversee the outbound truck meal scheduleSupport commercial activity by assisting with truck meal trading and logistics Seed inventory management ensuring operational alignment with commercial activity, alignment of product quality ensuring customer specifications are met and efficiencies maximizedProactively adjust schedules and communicate in response to changes in supply, demand, or production, ensuring stakeholder alignment across commercial, operations, and logistics teamsExecution of truck freight, rate negotiation and scheduling of inbound seed and outbound mealSupport local logistics as needed to ensure outbound transportation is consistent with commercial plan and facility productionSupport coordination as needed with related local rail company(s) and service Knowledge and SkillsUse knowledge of Bunge?s business, structure and strategy to develop innovative solutions to improve results or eliminate problems.Build partnerships, appropriately influence to gain commitment, foster talent and coach others to grow in current or future roles.Drive results through high standards, focus on key priorities, organization, and preparing others for change.Education & ExperienceRecommended five (5) years minimum experience in logistics planning, inventory management, or commercial trading roles.Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or Agriculture considered a plus.The compensation for this position starts at $79,884.00.
