Just earned your CDL-A or have less than a year of experience? Clemens Food Group?s Driver Development Program is designed to help you confidently transition from training to a full-time driving career.We hire you as a full-time employee from day one and provide 2 4 weeks of paid, hands-on training based on your experience and skill level. You?ll learn from experienced trainers, gain real-world driving experience, and build the foundation for a successful long-term career. no slip seatingWeekly pay and consistent milesTop-tier health benefits starting Day 1Newer, well-maintained equipmentSupportive dispatch and leadership teamWhat the Program IncludesDuring your Driver Development Program, you will:Train with experienced driver trainers and mentorsBuild confidence operating sleeper tractors and 53? trailersLearn multi-stop delivery operationsDevelop trip planning, safety, and time management skillsGet hands-on experience with real routes and customer deliveriesTrain on Samsara ELD and safety systemsYour Role After TrainingAt the end of the program, you?ll transition into a Regional CDL-A Driver role with your own assigned equipment.Once you complete the program, you will:Safely operate modern Freightliner or Volvo tractorsDeliver freight across the Northeast, Midwest, and SoutheastRun multi-stop loads (typically 3 4 stops)Communicate with dispatch and customersManage hours of service and delivery schedulesReturn with backhauls to maximize efficiencySchedule & LifestyleDepart Sunday or Monday, return Friday or Saturday5 7 days on the road (OTR)34+ hour reset at home weeklyHoliday work required (home part of the day)Coverage area includes New England, Midwest, and SoutheastPay & Earning Potential$25/hour during training (2 4 weeks)Activity-based pay after trainingMileage starting at $0.635/mileAdditional pay for stops, delays, layovers, and moreAverage annual earnings: $80,000 $100,000+Top earners exceed $125,000What Makes This Program DifferentEarn while you learn with competitive hourly training payNo experience?
